RAD purchased this entitled 22,500 square foot parcel of land
at 2203 Third Street in Santa Monica at a time when the market
was moving up very rapidly.
By acting quickly with the purchase and development of the
property, we believed we would capture above-market returns
on the investment.
RAD rapidly completed the construction of 11 condominium
units on the site and the property sold out at prices well above
pro-forma.
