RAD continues its gentrification of Venice with the construction of Dogtown Station, a 35-unit loft and townhouse development. Located contiguous to our Venice Art Lofts, residents of Dogtown Station will enjoy the classic, high-end, urban community created by the two developments. The prime location connects eclectic Venice with trendy Main Street, Santa Monica.

In consort with the area’s roots as an arts-based, hip, eclectic community, Dogtown Station’s award-winning architects have designed open floor plans that are equally as attractive as living space, office space or art galleries. The project’s flats and two story lofts with floating mezzanines will feature up to 17 foot ceiling heights and vary in size from 800 to 2,400 square feet.

RAD is employing the “perfect” market information gathered from the development of the adjacent Venice Art Lofts to fulfill the flourishing demand for high-end residential units in the area. Venice Art Lofts was 95% pre-sold, creating a unique marketing opportunity for Dogtown Station.
